Individual art therapyI provide individual art therapy services to help participants explore their emotions, engage in sensory experiences, and to follow their curiosity.
An art therapy session is a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to express themselves through art and explore their feelings. Setting up a place with no pressure to create "good" art can help hesitant participants to begin creating. I am informed by a variety of approaches to art therapy, including psychodynamic and person-centred therapy. |
Group art therapy
Group art therapy sessions are designed to meet the unique needs of the participants. In groups, a studio art therapy approach allows participants to explore their creative side and express their emotions in a safe and supportive environment. There will be no judgement or criticism.
I invite participants to experience a variety of art making techniques and materials to help explore their feelings. |
